When I Distinguish

" I begin when I separate 

my thoughts from yours

to give credit

where credit is due"

Gratified

"it is with a wry smile that I write this, 

an acknowledgement of the various ways this may be taken

but I do believe that those who have witnessed my journey, 

acknowledged or not, 

would be proud;
